2450 MHz (CW) exposure to purified enzymes and membrane samples and analysis of function |
Details |
|
Isolated microtubule protein from calf brain was exposed to 2450 MHz (CW) MW for 10 minutes at SARs of 20 of 200 W/kg and analyzed for changes in polymerization by monitoring solution turbidity. Exposure had no effect on microtubule polymerization or microtubule structure. Other studies looking at acetyl cholinesterase (AChE), CPK enzymes, liver mitochondria, or liver lysosomes also found no effects. |
