836.55 MHz (TDMA) exposure to C3H 10T1/2 fibroblasts and analysis of transformation frequency (UV-initiated bioassay) |
Details |
|
C3H 10T1/2 and UV-TDT10e cells exposed in a TEM cell at 836.55 MHz TDMA at 0.078, 0.78 and 7.8 mW/kg. Spontaneous transformation measured in UV-TDT10e (UV light TPA-Dependant Transformant) cells and the effects of RF on the normal inhibition of this spontaneous transformation by co-culture with C3H 10T1/2 cells. RF had no co-promoting activity. |
