ID Number 727
Study Type In Vivo
Model 1, 10, 35, and 94 GHz (CW) exposure to rats and analysis of cardiovascular endpoints.
Details

Sprague Dawley rats were exposed to 35 GHz millimeter waves at 13 W/kg until arterial pressure decreased to 75 mm Hg. Inhibition of NO production with L-NAME immediately after MMW exposure did not reduce hypotension suggesting NO is not involved in circulatory failure due to MMW exposure at thermal levels.
