2450 MHz (CW) exposure to mice and analysis of serum lipoproteins |
Details |
|
DBA mice were exposed to 2450 MHz (CW) MW for 60 hrs over a 3-day period at 3-4 mW/cm2. Exposure increased serum triglyceride and beta-lipoproteins levels. The authors attribute these effects to thermal levels of exposure. Additional studies were performed using 2.9, 5.4 & 9.4 MHz exposures and similar results were obtained, although the effect at 2450 MHz was the most pronounced. |
