Model 837 MHz (FM) exposure to human primary cells and analysis of gene expression and morphology

WS1neo primary human foreskin fibroblast cells were exposed to 837 MHz CW for 2 hours at 0.9 and 9.0 W/kg in a TEM cell, and assayed for p53 protein levels at 2, 8, 24, and 48 hours after exposure. No changes in p53 protein were observed. Also, no changes in cell morphology which might indicate apoptosis or cell stress were observed.
