Model		50 MHz (AM-16 Hz) exposure to various cell lines and analysis of gene expression
Details		Jurkat (T-lymphoblast), HL-60 (promyelocytic), DLD1 (colon carcinoma), and TM4 & TM3 (mouse testicular) cells were exposed to 50 MHz (AM-16Hz) with an electric field strength of 60 V/m (SAR of ?) for between 30 minutes and 24 hours in a TEM cell. Following exposure for 75 minutes, Ets-1 mRNA expression was induced in Jurkat as well as TM3 cells, although Ets-1 protein was not clearly elevated by western blot. No other altered mRNA expression was detected following exposure using differential display.
