440 MHz (CW), 900 & 1800 MHz (GSM) exposure to human lymphocytes and analysis of micronuclei, chromosome aberrations, sister chromatid exchange (SCE), and proliferation |
Details |
|
Human peripheral lymphocytes from 3 to 12 healthy volunteers per run (6 to 32 per frequency; 90 volunteers in total) were exposed to 440 MHz C-Net, 900 MHz D-Net (GSM), and 1800 MHz E-Net GSM signals at 6.2 and 29.4 W/kg for 40 to 72 hours in a GTEM cell and analyzed for sister chromatid exchange, micronuclei, forward mutation rate in the HGPRT locus, proliferation & cell cycle kinetics. |
