Swiss Albino mice were exposed to 2450 MHz (CW) for 2 hours/day for 120, 150, or 200 days at a whole body SAR of 1.2 W/kg in an anechoic chamber. At the end of the exposure period, brain and testes DNA was digested with Hinf1, electrophoresed and blotted, and probed with a labeled oligo consisting of 9 repeats of 5'-GACA-3'. In addition to a common 8.2 kb band, exposed mice also had a 7.7 kb band in both brain and testes DNA which was absent in controls. |
