Commercial calf thymus DNA was exposed to 2450 MHz (CW) at 94 mW/cm2 and analyzed for thermal denaturization curve characteristics. Sham exposed solutions were maintained at the same temperature and microwave exposed samples. No differences in denaturization curves between exposed and sham exposed samples was observed |
