Human peripheral lymphocytes, monocytes, endothelial cells, glial and neuronal cells, tumor cell lines, and embryonic stem cells will be exposed to 900 and 1800 MHz for different durations and analyzed for a variety of different gene expression and protein targets using Northerns, Westerns, in situ hybridization, and biophysical techniques. Protein targeting will further be investigated by fluorescence spectroscopy. |
