HL-60 human promyeloid and U138 MG human glioblastoma cells exposed to 900 MHz GSM at an SAR ranging from 1.6 to 2.7 W/kg for 0.5, 4, 48, and 120 hours in a TEM cell. No effect of RF on exposed cells as compared to non-exposed controls was observed in c-fos or c-myc transcript levels. No effects of DNA mismatch repair were observed using analysis of DNA fingerprints of microsatellite probes. |
