Static magnetic field exposure to endothelial cells and analysis of growth and tubular density |
Details |
|
Human co-cultured umbilical vein endothelial cells and diploid fibroblast cells were exposed to static magnetic fields at 120 mT (B max) with or without a gradient at 28 mT/mm magnetic flux gradient and 1428 mT(2)/mm magnetic force). The authors report gradient static magnetic fields increased tubular area density and length of endothelial cell capillary tubule formation as compared to sham exposure while uniform static magnetic fields did not. |
