50 Hz (ELF) exposure to Helicobacter pylori grown in a biofilm and analysis of growth and morphology |
Details |
|
Helicobacter pylori grown in a biofilm were exposed to 50 Hz (ELF) at 1 milliT for 2 days and evaluated for cell-cell and cell-matrix adhesion. The authors report exposure decreased adhesion, viability, final biofilm mass, and increased spiral forms of cell morphology. No changes in expression of luxS or amiA gene were detected with exposure. |
