900 MHz (GSM) exposure to rats and analysis of oxidative stress markers in the brain |
Details |
|
Wistar rats were exposed to 900 MHz (GSM) for 60 min/day for 7 days in restraining tubes using mobile phones set 10 cm away as exposure sources. Following the final exposure, brains were removed and analyzed. The authors report no difference in either malondialdehyde (MDA) as a measure of lipid peroxidation or glutathione (GSH) as a measure of reducing agents. |
