Purified samples of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) from rabbit muscle were exposed to 500, 650, 700, 750, 900 MHz (CW) using power levels of 0.01, 0.1, and 1.0 microW (no SAR info) using a TEM cell. The authors report increases between 40-75% in enzyme activity using 500 and 900 MHz exposure (measured spectro-photometrically via NADH reduction), and decreases between 2-15% using 650, 700, and 750 MHz exposure. |
