Details		human volunteers will be exposed to 900, 1800 Mhz (GSM) or 2 GHz UMTS and the sensory cells of the retina and their neural connections analyzed using neuro-physiological methods. Thresholds for biological effects and, if possible, a mechanism of action will be determined.
