Employees of the Central Electricity Generating Board of England (n = 79,972 were evaluated for occupational ELF exposures. A small correlation was found between exposure (expressed per 10 microT years) and Parkinson's disease (OR = 1.23; 95% CI 1.00-1.50) but not with overall mortality, Alzheimers disease, or motor neuron disease. The increase was mainly confined to administrative and clerical personnel.
