Sprague Dawley rat primary neurons exposed to 900 MHz (CW and GSM) RF at 2 W/kg and measureed for electric potentials using patch clamp techniques. Barium ++ was used to characterize ion flow in calcium channels. The authors report no apparent effects of RF exposure on voltage gated calcium channel activity. |
