Model		Mobile phone emissions and bystander exposure in large crowds
Details		Field strength measurements were taken outside a sports stadium in Sweden before and during a championship match (~30,000 participants attending). The measurements spanned the frequency range for NMT 450 MHz, GSM 900 and 1800 MHz, and UMTS 2 GHz as well as land mobile radio (140-175 MHz, 380-400 MHz, 410-430 MHz) and analog and digital TV and radio. The authors report measurements 30-84% higher during large crowds than when no crowds were present. The total power density at peak use was in the range of a few 100 uW/m2, which was still well below the existing ICNIRP limits.
