Model 915 MHz (GSM) exposure and modeling of SAR distribution in the human head
Details

FDTD computer modeling of human head (MRI model) exposed to 900 or 1800 MHz (GSM) at full transmit power (0.25 and 0.125 watts average, respectively). The model included skin, bone, blood, and brain at different kT values. The authors report highest exposures in the skin layer, low in the skull, and moderate in the brain tissue. they further calculate SAR at different kT values and suggest that absorbed energy increases with the chiral factor.
