Military personnel (n = 34) seen at the Aerospace Medicine Directorate, U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory following over-exposure to RF were analyzed. The patients reported sensations of warmth (positively associated with power density). The authors report tissue damage in acute cases, with symptoms resolving after several weeks and no sustained neurologicic or ophthalmologic damage |
