900 MHz (AM 16, 60, 120 Hz) to isolated rat embryos and analysis of development |
Details |
|
Rat embryos (9.5 days old) were exposed in vitro to 900 MHz RF (AM at 16, 60, 120 Hz) at 0.2, 1.0 or 5.0 W/kg for up to 36 hours in a resonator cavity (to generate standing waves) and examined on day 11.5 for structural effects. The authors report no effect of any frequency or modulation on normal growth and differentiation of the embryos in vitro. Characterization and dosimetric evaluation of cavity resonator also reported. |
