UWB (AM 0, 16, 600 Hz and millimeter waves) exposure to yeast and analysis of mutation frequency |
Details |
|
Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast pre-treated with a 30 minute exposure to UV radiation (100 J/m2 of 254 nm UV light) were exposed to UWB pulses (AM at 0, 16, or 600 Hz) for 30 minutes and analyzed for UV-induced reciprocal and non-reciprocal recombination, mutagenesis, and cell survival. The authors reported no effects of UWB exposure |
