Dr. L. von Klitzing reported in a series of publications and lectures on the possible effect of pulsed, high-frequency electromagnetic fields on the electroencephalogram (EEG) of humans. So far, other scientists have not been able to reproduce the experiments conducted by L. von Klitzing on the basis of his publications. The objective of this study was to analyze the experiments carried out by L. von Klitzing and to document them with the assistance of L. von Klitzing to enable verification of the results by other scientists. Summary of the results of analysis: no conclusions can be drawn from the experiments of L. von Klitzing about any biological effects that may be caused by digital mobile radio.
