Details		Water exposed to 36 GHz mm waves for 10 minutes was analyzed for changes in various chemical properties. The authors report new dielectric properties that last for 10's of minutes. The authors speculate that such long-term changes in water properties might mediate biological effects of electromagnetic fields exposure on biological systems
