Stimulation with auditory tones and analysis of magnetic fields produced by the brain of human subjects |
Details |
|
Human subjects were exposed to Gaussian-modulated tone pulses and measured for auditory evoked magnetic fields in the brain. The authors report that different magnetic signal components show maxima at different recording positions over the scalp, and that the magnetic equivalent of the electric field (V) exhibits a polarity reversal at symmetrical positions in both hemispheres. |
