2450 MHz exposure to mice and analysis of testis cytogenetic effects and thermoregulation |
Details |
|
Mouse testis were exposed to 2450 MHz (CW) at thermal levels and analyzed for cytogenetic effects. In a related study, the hindquarters of mice were immersed in a stirred oilbath at 34 to 42 degrees C for 1 hour, The authors report that both rectal and testis temperatures increased in a manner indicating thermoregulatory capacity and conscious mice, but not anaesthetized mice, maintained a testis temperature of 39 degrees C in a bath at 42 degrees C |
