UHF (? 300 MHz - 3 GHz ?) exposure to rabbits and analysis of immune function |
Details |
|
Rabbits were exposed to UHF (somewhere ? between 300 MHz - 3 GHz) at the level of the thymus and adrenal glands and analyzed for T-cell specific immunity level against thymus-independent Vi-antigen. The authors report a decrease in glucocorticoid levels (suppression of adrenal cortex activity) and a concomitant immune stimulating effect. |
