ID Number 129
Study Type In Vitro
Model 835, 847 MHz (CDMA, CW) exposure to cell lines and analysis of growth
Details

NRK (normal rat kidney) and C3H 10T1/2 fibroblast cells were exposed to 835 MHz (FM) and 847 MHz (CDMA) for 4, 8, or 24 hours at 0.6 W/kg in a radial transmission line exposure system (RTL). Following exposure, the organization of the actin containing microfilament network, the vimentin containing intermediate filament network, and the tubulin containing microtubule network of the cell cytoskeleton was analyzed. There was no statistically significant effect of exposure observed on the cytoskeleton.
