C3H 10T1/2 fibroblast cells were exposed to 835 MHz (FM) or 847 MHz (CDMA) for 2 or 7 days at 0.6 W/kg in a radial transmission line (RTL) exposure system. Determination of DNA, RNA, and protein synthesis was performed by 3H-Thymidine, 3H-Uridine, and 3H-Leucine and 3H-Lysine incorporation, respectively. No effects of RF exposure were observed. |
