Details		Inter-laboratory SAR comparison for mobile phone compliance measurements. This program was established with the University of Maryland and undertaken in conjunction with the United States Food and Drug Administration through a Co-operative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA). The program has developed a replicable Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) assessment protocol that is being used for inter-laboratory verification of mobile handset SAR values.
