Model 147 MHz (AM 16 Hz, 60 Hz) exposure to E.coli and analysis of enzyme activity
Details

E coli cultures containing a plasmid with a mammalian gene for enolase were exposed to 147 MHz (AM at 16 or 60 Hz) for 30 minutes at an SAR of 0.05 W/kg. Exposure to 147 MHz with AM at 16 Hz showed a 62% enhancement in enolas activity, while 147 MHz AM at 60 Hz showed a 28% reduction. 16 Hz exposure alone also resulted in a 59% enhancement of enolase activity where 60 Hz exposure reduced activity 24%. The authors suggest specific modulation windows for RF effects.
