The authors review the data regarding mobile phones in hospitals, and suggest that the risk of EMI is not as great many hospital policies would indicate, and go on to suggest that Are not as hazardous as believed and should be mobile phones should be allowed in the hospital, at least in nonÂclinical areas, as they provide beneficial technology that can enhance the overall quality of healthcare. |
