2450 MHz exposure to pregnant rats and analysis of teratogenic and developmental changes
Details
Rats were exposed to 2450 MHz (CW) prenatally and analysed for teratogenic and behavioral changes post-natally and during adult life. No teratogenic effects were observed, although studies showed enhanced thermal sensitivity supporting the hypothesis that prenatal exposure to microwave radiation is more likely to alter postnatal sensitivity to thermally related stimuli (increased huddling behavior of litters in the nest).
